We ship mostly anywhere in the world for free by standard shipping :4PX. It will take 10-20 working days to process your order. Customs / Duty
We will mark as low value and gift on the custom declaration try to let customer save any taxation, but in basically, international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS.
Shipping Problems
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalised before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by haofatourbillon.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact haofatourbillon.com. within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it.
