Return and Cancellation Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Shipping both ways will be at the buyer’s expense.
Regarding our cancellation policy: We do not support cancellations without a valid reason. After payment, if we are unable to ship due to insufficient stock, we will cancel your order free of charge and issue a full refund. If you need to cancel for reasons unrelated to our company, and the cancellation is requested before shipment, a 20% handling fee will be charged. Cancellations are not supported after shipment. To start a return, you can contact us at bonestgatti@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide our shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
